In 1975, the Albert and Grace Taylor addition to the Brevard Museum came to fruition via the Grace Webster Taylor Testamentary Trust.  Many of Grace Taylor's personal effects are on continual exhibit.  Grace Webster Taylor was a resident of the City of Cocoa, who passed away on December 27, 1945.

The Brevard Museum is proud to be the only exhibitor  of the findings of the Windover Archeological Site, which is located approximately 15 minutes north, near Titusville, Florida.  In 1982, skeletal remains were found on approximately .25 acres during the development of Windover.  The State approved funding and the excavation took place in 1984.  The remains of the individuals were well preserved and were buried in a pond cemetary in excess of 7,000 radiocarbon years.
